The application we have developed a comprehensive system of health care measures for recurrent depressive disorder based on the principles of pathomorphosis cronomedicine , it proved a sufficient performance , and the highest it has been in the evening tsyrkadiannoho hronotypu patients treated with antidepressant tsyrkadiannym mechanism of action ( ahomelatin ), allowing considered in these patients population cohort for the purpose of this drug as an antidepressant choice.
