The work purpose is the designing of the software for the prediction of the state of man health by means of parallel fuzzy logic inference. The proposed deductive database consists of two parts: extensional and intensional. The extensional part of the deductive database is realised as the normalised relational database based on Microsoft Access 2003/2007 and which keeps the data about patients and doctors. The intensional part of the deductive database is represents the knowledge database based on the table of risks where risk levels of development of cardiovascular disease on the next 10 years are given at various combinations of five factors: cholesterol level in blood, value of blood pressure, a habit to smoking, a sex and age of the patient. On the basis of mathematical apparatus of formal logic, the theory of fuzzy sets and parallel data handling are given mathematical well-founded risks of development of cardiovascular disease and recommendations of treatment for each concrete set of parameters of health of the patient. The software for forecasting of occurrence of cardiovascular diseases based on the parallel fuzzy logic inference is introduced in medical practice in Vinnytsya regional clinic of radioactive protection of the population.
