It was found that simulated chronic lesions of liver and pancreas can cause significant reactive changes in the knee and hip joints typical for inflammatory processes their of articular and periarticular tissues. Revealed changes in blood vessels lead to impairment of bones blood supplying, causing degradation of structural components. Described morphological disorders were revealed more in conditions of experimental toxic liver damage.
