A purpose of work is development of general method of conducting of judicial fire-technical examinations, which contains the system governed, generals, touching the methods of decision of tasks of fire-technical examination (determination of reasons, terms and processes of origin of fire; determination of time and ways of distribution of fire; determination of circumstances which was instrumental in an origin and distribution of fire and others like that) with the use of the proper general and special methods of research. Theoretical and practical results - in the general method of conducting of judicial fire-technical examinations single approach is expounded in decision of tasks of fire-technical examination. Novelty - on this time for implementation of fire-technical examinations separate separate methods and methods of researches are used. For period of existence of fire-technical examination in expert establishments of the system of Ministry of justice of Ukraine separate modern methods and methodical recommendations are developed on research of circumstances of origin of fires. Industry of application - this method is intended for its use experts which execute expert fire-technical researches.
