The subject of research is characteristics of behavior of border guards in case of occurring of non-standard situations of cooperation. The aim of the research defines factors that influence on the origin of conflict cooperation of border guards with the objects of their professional interest. Research methods are a theoretical analysis of literature, psychological testing and Student's t-criterion. At result of the implementation of scientifically-research work it was studied the behavior of border guards in the difficult situations of cooperation was detected influence of objective factors and individually-psychological qualities on behavior in conflict cooperation, were worked methodical recommendations for border guards, in relation to the structural decision of conflict situations.
