The beam is generated at the process of coherent bremsstrahlung radiation of electrons with energy E0=192.7 MeV in a diamond crystal 0.1 mm thick. The spectra of the coherent bremsstrahlung were measured for different crystal orientations and collimation of the photon beam, when contribution to the coherent cross section give both one strong vector [0±2±2] and many vectors of the crystal reciprocal lattice. The measured spectra demonstrate all features of the coherent bremsstrahlung, which were observed at electron energies of ~1 GeV. It was performed comparison of the measured spectra with the corresponding theoretical computations. A theory well describes observed experimental features of the coherent bremsstrahluing spectra, after taking into account experimental factors: sizes and divergence of the electron beam, multiple scattering of electrons in the crystal, photon beam collimation. The calculations show that polarization of the photon beam in the maximum of the coherent bremsstrahlung can reach P ~0.5 in the giant resonance energy region, when for the beam production the vectors [022] are used and the collimation of the gamma-radiation in the angle is ~0.5 of electrodynamic angle. The results will be used for the coherent polarized photon beam production at NSC KIPT (LEA-300) facility for providing photo nuclear reactions of researches on light nuclei.
