The organ transplantation, unlike cell-like and fabric transplantation, is one of the most problem, rather laborious problem dependent on medical ethics which demands legible identification of an antigenic range of a replaced material and its coordination with antigens of a gistosovmestimost of the recipient, an immunosupressiya of the last. Main from these problems can solve rather new, has at the same time, historical experience cell-like and fabric transplantation. Its main advantage is that for replacement or restitution of function of the struck body (fabric) is not necessary a large-scale surgical intervention of a volume donor material, EFPK minitransplantation is a question of development and development of a recent trend in clinical transplantology. It is established that less expressed degree of a differentiation of EFPK increases probability of their "adaptation" to a microenvironment and rehabilitations of the compromised structurally functional condition of body or fabric. Preparations EFPK have a number of advantages before donor organs, cages and fabrics of the post-natal period: - the under adjuvanticity and degree of an expression of molecules of adhesion, - mobility and ability to get into the defective bodies of the recipient; - inexact differentiation in exactingly determinate gistogenetichesky direction. Fabric and cell-like transplantation of preparations EFPK provides introduction in an organism alive, functionally the fissile cell-like and woven components and is realized via the composite mechanisms of interaction of an injected material and the compromised structurally functional profile of various systems of an organism of the patient. The purpose of cell-like and fabric transplantation is correction of intersystem interactions of an organism which in turn reduce negative consequences of pathological process. EFPK is potentially capable to produce the wide range, balanced on the concentration, biologically the active materials which realize the action in specific conditions, correct the functional status of the systems providing a homeostasis, not only after their introduction, but also during all term of finding of a transplant in an organism. Adapting and answering local organ and fabric specific regulatory signals, the transplant of EFPK can act still and in a role "plastic structural" a material which realizes function of a morphgenesis and restitution of structures of the defective area. However, the sharp period of response of an organism on EFPK, is prolonged, passing to a chronic form more often. At correction of the compromised function of each system of a homeostasis we have improvement of intersystem interactions. The pilot studies in this direction are the main, and the close attention is paid to them.
