Work purpose: assortment expansion, improvement of quality and decrease in prime cost of hot-rolled sheets and strips on the basis of development of the automated calculation methods and design, and also development of practical recommendations about improvement of technological operating modes, software of automatic control systems, structure and design data of the equipment of working cages of plate and broadband camps. Research methods: theoretical researches of local and integrated characteristics stress-strain behavior of metal are carried out with use of the theory methods of elasticity and the plasticity including analytical integration of the differential equations of static balance, a method of fields of sliding lines, final elements method, and also the numerical recurrent solution methods of final and differential forms of statik-dynamic conditions of balance of power expenses and conditions of balance of elementary volumes of the deformation center. Regression mathematical models by calculation of integrated characteristics of power parameters of hot rolling, and also numerical mathematical models of the main indicators of accuracy of their resultant geometrical characteristics are received with use of elements of the planned experiment theory. Research of the elastic deformed condition of the main knots and mechanisms of working cages of plate and broadband camps is executed on the basis of the theory of elasticity and resistance of materials with attraction of a final elements method. Experimental researches are conducted with use of physical modeling of hot rolling in laboratory and industrial conditions, methods of a tenzometry, measurement of geometrical parameters and temperatures. Processing of results of experimental researches and assessment of degree of reliability of the received theoretical decisions are executed with use of methods of the theory of probability and mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results: methods of calculation stress-strain behavior of metal and the main indicators of quality of hot-rolled sheets and the strips, assuming use of methods of the top and bottom assessment, a method of fields of sliding lines, and also engineering, final and differential and final and element approaches are specified and expanded. The complex of numerical mathematical models and software corresponding to them by the automated calculation and design of technological operating modes and the equipment of plate and broadband rolling mills is received, scientifically reasonable practical recommendations are developed. Еngineering and numerical methods of calculation of local and integrated characteristics intense the deformed condition of metal and the main indicators of quality are specified and expanded in volume of provided information at hot rolling of sheets and strips. For the first time the determined regression analytical descriptions used as software of modern systems of automatic control are developed. Tasks of the automated design of technological modes of sinkings and systems of automatic control are formulated kriterialno and solved by work of camps of hot rolling programmatically. Novelty: engineering and numerical calculation methods of local and integrated characteristics stress-strain behavior of metal are specified and expanded in volume of provided information at hot rolling of sheets and the strips. Economic effect in this case at the expense of decrease in labor input of design and design and technological works taking into account individual share of the author made 18800 thousand UAH at the prices of 2012. Besides, results of work are used on "Vladimir Plant of Precision Alloys" (VZPS, Moscow), P"Research and Design Technologies Mechanical Engineering Institute" (Kramatorsk), "Mitrol" (Kramatorsk) and in the Donbass State Engineering Academy (Kramatorsk) at design of technological operating modes, structure and design data of the equipment in relation to production of high-precision hot-rolled sheets and strips of the increased accuracy from high-strength materials. Separate provisions of work are used on " Automated metallurgical machines and equipment" chair of Donbass State Engineering Academy within teaching of a number of special disciplines.
