The problem of the scattering of fast charged particles of high energy in the continuous potential bended crystal planes of atoms was considered. It is shown that this problem is equivalent to the scattering of charged particles in the central field, the potential of which is a set of potential wells located at a great distance from the center of curvature of the crystal. The deflection function of the particles in such a field is found. The conditions under which this effect becomes possible for all the particles in the beam are found. The possibility of deflection of the particles in a given problem in the area of both positive and negative of the scattering angles and the analog of the wind of the particles in the scattering. The conditions for the existence of these effects are considered. 1.2. Based on a simple version of the eikonal approximation in the theory of transition radiation is given a unified description of Smith-Purcell radiation and transition radiation on semi-infinite stack of plates in the high frequency radiation. It is shown that the intensity of Smith-Purcell radiation in the soft X-ray region is comparable to the intensity of the transition radiation. This fact can be used to create novel radiation sources.
