Characteristics of WRF model configuration, that runs operatively and which is an independence element of the multilevel hydrometeorological forecasting system in the rivers' basins of the Carpathian region, are described. Skill scores for forecasts of precipitation and other meteorological parameters in the range of domain are adduced for two periods and for different versions of model . The calibration of hydrological module (NAM) for some rivers of the Carpathian region, as well as the accounting and forecasting modelling was carried out.
