Objective - the development of methods for the synthesis of all possible stereoisomers of inherently chiral calixarenes with different functionalized benzene rings through consistent regio- and stereoselective introduction of four different substitutes in the framework of the macrocycle with phenylethylamide fragment as a chiral auxiliary group. The preparative methods of the obtaining and of the separation of the diastereomeric di-, tri-, and tetraalkylcalix[4]areneamides were worked out, their absolute configuration was determined. The method for the introduction of a phosphorus-containing ligand on the inherently chiral calixarene platform was developed.
