Main results: In the research and in a series of articles based on the obtained results the new criteria of nanostructures stability were found and theories and models of the evolution of structure of perforated films, spherical and cylindrical nanoshells, shape phase transitions on the ribbed interfaces were found. Kinetics of wetting and spreading droplets of tin on the copper surface at temperatures in the range of 250-800 degrees Celsius was clarified. New criterion of metal viscosity loss under severe plastic deformation by a combination of compression and oscillating rotation was found.
