Comprehensive information analytical researches of the processes that take place in complex systems at radiation measurement were carried out. Program simulation package that realizes comprehensive approach to simulation of the radiation measurements and radiometric devices response function from arbitrary composition radioisotope sources without limiting in the space geometry was developed. New regularities which describe connection of the measurement geometry, radionuclide activity, dimension-type and circuit decision of the detector with outcome signal spectral performances were revealed and nvestigated.
