The mathematical models and techniques are developed to find optimal conditions for thermal treatment and parameter control of semiconductor converters at industrial realization of given technologies. Novelty of research is corroborated by modern level of the developed electrotechnological equipment and devices, and by new approaches to theoretical, experimental and computer investigation of electrophysical and electromagnetic processes. Practical value of the research consists in application of attained results in up-to-date industrial technologies of making the cable conductors for domestic cables of voltage up-to 330 kV (in PJSC "Yuzhcable Works", Kharkov), granules for composite solders, hunting and sporting shot, amorphous and nano-crystalline tape cores. The practical results are connected with thermal treatment of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
