First presented method obtaining porous p-InP by photoelectrochemical etching. The samples of por-InP h-type pore size (30 - 40) nm are obtained. Using methods of the energodispersive analysis of X-rays and X-ray diffractometry studies found the chemical composition of the surface of the porous InP.
