Implementation of pancreatocystogastrostomas with miniinvasive method is characterized by reduction of stomach paresis period, enteroplegia and terms of patients staying in surgical department. Pfarmacological complex wich allows to reduce an amount and duration of postoperative complications was developed. The results of miniinvasive surgical interventions in 75 of patients with pancreatic pseudocysts were investigated. The role of developed pfarmacological complex in the reducing of amount and duration of postoperative complications was evaluated.
