The results are of interest for obtaining new physical information with the help of experiments at the LHC at CERN and for planning directions for further researches at the LHC. Method of "dressed particle" in the theory of nuclear forces and nuclear reactions is implemented. Operators of relativistic interactions in meson-nucleon system in the dressed-particle picture are constructed. In the case of bound systems of nucleons and mesons the original gauge-invariant approach is used to describe scattering of electrons and photons on nuclei. Electric quadrupole and magnetic dipole moments of the deuteron are calculated. A description of radiative transitions involving the vector mesons and related form factors has been developed. Monte Carlo simulation has been performed. The differential-decay widths have been predicted. The formulae for the analysis of experimentally obtained distributions of events have been proposed with the aim of measuring the transition form factors and partial decay widths.
