Purpose of work is the latest technology development and testing of coastal ecosystem of Ukraine and Russia for their sustainable development. New methods of ground subsatellite measurements and systematic monitoring of coastal zone are mastered. Sub-satellite experiment is conducted, satellite radar images of Radarsat 2 are obtained. subsatellite measurements including meteocharacteristics, spectra of surface wave radar scattering, flow and hydrological profiles are made, atmospheric and wave conditions of the experiment are simulated. Comprehensive monitoring of coastal ecosystems, including sea interaction processes and shore are made. Researches of long and internal waves on the shelf of Ukraine are submitted. Hydrological conditions of the coastal regions, especially important for the sustainable development of Ukraine are systematized. Seasonal variation in the flow of carbon dioxide between the atmosphere and the sea is investigated.
