Work objective is conducting field geoelectric survey in the zones of alkali-type metasomatosis with rare-metal and rare-earth mineralization and defining connection between appearances of alkali-type metasomatosis and electrical resistance anomalies. On the basis of analysis of the available geologic-geophysical data for zones of alkali-type metasomatites in the Azov Region feasibility of geoelectrical survey is demonstrated, promising scope of survey and field technique have been determined. MTS- and AMTS-based field survey has been conducted and preliminary processing of the obtained survey data has been made.
