To implement the project includes work in three stages. In the first phase will be analyzed Ukrainian legislation on export controls and created educational - teaching materials that can be used to raise awareness of scientists working with nuclear materials and technologies , on non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and export controls. Will also be developed tests on export control issues , which will allow management agencies to control the level of knowledge workers. In the second phase will be developed a computer system that enables automated and regular staff training and testing their knowledge of export control procedures , as well as materials, equipment and technologies subject to export control. At the third stage will create a database of scientific publications on nuclear physics and energy , published in Ukraine during the period of the project. This database will be supplemented on a regular basis and after project completion. To view and search for information in the database will be created corresponding website.
