The software was implemented in supercomputer complex SCIT. Methods for queue management were studied, model of task flow was developed and on its basis task scheduler developed as a part of I/O data system through better load balancing in large heterogeneous file storages on example of geophysical data processing speed-up. Supercomputing center SCIT is the most powerful computing center of Ukraine, is used by research institutes of NAS of Ukraine, universities and state organizations of Ukraine. That's why its constant development and operability has high practical value. Due to intellectual diagnostics software reliability of supercomputing complex in 2013 reached 99,8% level.
