As was shown target surface should be carefully clean and clean in ultra-sonic volume. The investigation of energy density in targets halls was started. This is important from point of view plasma treatment real parts of different mechanisms. Measurements were performed in halls with different diameters. Experimentally was discovered that energy density inside hall decreased with decreasing hall diameter. Plasma streams of different gases were applied for target treatments. Experimentally was found that micro hardness depend on mass flow rate and mode of operation.
