It was set for the first time the possibility of laser correlation spectroscopy for diagnosis, prognosis and correction of postoperative inflammation eye. The new method of tear fluid preparation for biophysical studies was proposed. The new scientific data about the inflammatory response to injury and eye surgery features were studied by the laser correlation spectroscopy and morphological methods. The eye structures reactions to the Haemocord and Kriocord application in animal models were investigated. The new direction in iris reconstructive surgery (intracapsular iridophacoprosthesis), and post-operative treatment in plastic and reconstructive surgery monitoring by laser correlation spectroscopy using and Celebrex, Haemocord and Kriocord application were proposed. These allowed recover high visual functions in 73.8 % of patients and get a good cosmetic effect in 88.7 % of patients. The clinical course peculiarities of cataract complicated by pseudoexfoliative syndrome were studied. The new method of surgical treatment of this pathology was proposed. The macular degeneration treatment efficiency was analyzed. The high effectiveness of Haemocord in combination with pulsed electromagnetic field using was set. The new method for the rhegmatogenous retinal detachment treatment by Citicoline application was proposed. It was shown the significant improving of functional outcomes after treatment and secondary macular degeneration prevention. The herpetic and traumatic keratitis morbidity and the treatment effectiveness were analyzed (according to the Odessa Medical Diagnostic Center of Eye Microsurgery). There were set the new data about the pathological changes in cornea related increasing of membrane structures lability and lipid peroxidation in the anterior eye segment in patients with myopia who use contact lenses.
