Given the long-term treatment of endometriosis , endometrial hyperproliferative changes in patients with impaired folat cycle that cause reproductive disorders was conducted prophylactic treatment with folic acid, B vitamins, with an increase in the risk of thromboembolic complications - aspirin and LMWH . Given the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine № 626 from 08.10.2007 "On approval of clinical protocols of care for patients with immune diseases " developed pathogenesis caused by treatment policy in patients with endometriosis , uterine leiomyomas , endometrial hyperplasia . In the presence of antiphospholipid syndrome in patients with proliferative diseases of the genitals, which contraindicated the use of hormones that lead to thromboembolic complications were used before and after surgery LMWH , herbs , minerals , drugs aimed at the treatment of pathological psychosomatic condition , which allows to reach rehabilitation patients. Given the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine № 329 dated 15.06.2007 " On approval of clinical protocols of care for the prevention of thrombotic complications in surgery , orthopedics and traumatology, obstetrics and gynecology " created algorithm prevention of thromboembolic complications in patients with proliferative syndrome and dyshormonal breast considering the role of genetic predisposition , metabolism of steroid hormones and factors that influence the risk of venous thrombosis with use of hormone replacement therapy. The study showed that patients with complicated pedigree often observed early reproductive pregnancy loss after surgical interventions for proliferative diseases of the genitals , compared with the patient without the presence of obesity. Object of study: Clinical and pathogenetic peculiarities of proliferative diseases of the genitals with reproductive health. Objective: improving tactics in patients with proliferative syndrome in gynecology to update reproductive function by studying hormonal homeostasis , biochemical parameters, exogenous factors reducing fertility based optimization of medical diagnostic and organizational measures. Methods: Clinical, biochemical, ELISA , immunohistochemical , functional , medical statistics . Theoretical results : A pathogenetic study of differentiated strategies and tactics of treatment and rehabilitation of reproductive homeostasis patients with proliferative diseases of the genital interaction on the basis of various parameters of homeostasis ( hormone disorders folat cycle, genetic determinism, as genetic thrombophilia in preventing venous thrombosis ) when exposed to endocrine destructors. Bottom Line: On the basis of the project made a real assessment of the reproductive health and standardization of approaches to the management of patients with proliferative diseases of the genitals, to ensure quality medical care, continuing medical diagnostic process, improving the quality of life and the realization of reproductive potential. Novelty - creating a pathogenetic model of treatment and prevention of disorders in patients with a combination of benign proliferative diseases of the genitals and breasts, individually based methods of rehabilitation with infertility and miscarriage . The effectiveness of implementation of health efficiency: reduction in women with recurrent miscarriage perinatal losses by 18% , improving the efficiency of rehabilitation of specific functions of the female body in women with infertility in endometriosis , reducing the risk of venous thrombosis with use of hormone replacement therapy. Social performance : increased fertility , reduced maternal and perinatal loss and complications. Economic efficiency : reduction of days of disability in patients with endometriosis with conservative and surgical treatment of 25 %, especially in the syndrome of chronic pelvic pain by 33% , improving the efficiency of treatment in obese women , burdened with pedigree after comprehensive treatment of proliferative diseases of the genitals (reducing early reproductive losses by 20 %).
