The processes of heat transfer of exhaust gases in the boiler-utilizer with the ultimate disposal of heat have been studied using developed mathematical model. This innovative technology allows to reduce the temperature of exhaust gases leaving the boiler-utilizer from170°C to 60-70°C using excess saturated water; it also allows to use the recyclable energy of the secondary power source to produce additional mechanical power of the ship propeller drive and electrical and heat power for the vessel needs. At the same time, the effective efficiency of the vessel increases by 3-5%, which provides the corresponding economy of fuel resources. As a result, it allows to increase the overall efficiency of the fuel heat of a power plant to 58... 60%, which is by 3...5% better than the world's prototypes (General Electric-LM2500). There are no such prototypes of the use of excess saturated water in the thermodynamic cycle of power plant. The developed technology provides decrease of the thermal effect on the environment and reduction of the toxic substances (NOx CO i) emission and the greenhouse gas CO2 below the minimum standards of the world.
