Object of research: Dynamic processes in vibration machines with polyharmonic vibrations and safe technologies in the extraction and processing of minerals. Work purpose: Improving the safety of personnel working in workplaces with harmful or dangerous working conditions due to scientific justification necessary and sufficient level of protection of respiratory protection and thermal protection for technological processes and in an emergency, as well as improving the technical level of vibration machines for mineral processing through the use of new approaches to the polyharmonic oscillations. Methods of researches and equipment: At implementation of the project the integrated approach based on the development and theoretical studies of vibrating machines with new concepts polyharmonic excitation of the working masses, the mathematical modeling of workflow, development laboratory stands and experimental studies. Results and their novelty: The first time proposed a comprehensive project aimed at defining systems and respiratory protection and thermal protection and development of the basics of creating energy-saving and high-vibration machines. First: - theoretically valid conclusions concerning systems and means of protection of respiratory organs and thermal protection depending on working conditions on a workplace and risk of emergence and distribution of accident and its affecting factors; - developed requirements for regulatory documentation to use protection, depending on the level of exposure to harmful factors; - methods of calculating the basic parameters of vibrating machines with polyharmonic vibrations that improve a technological efficiency by 10-20%, 10-20% energy saving and lower vibratory activity in 5-7 times. Expected scientific results are consistent with international standards. Extent of introduction: The degree of implementation: technical proposals for the development of new respiratory protection and thermal protection, as well as vibration machines with high levels of quality. The results of the work are used : the teaching of disciplines "Labor protection in branch" and "Technology and cars for mineral processing", by preparation of 1 doctor's, 4 master's theses and 4 qualification works of masters, by preparation of 15 publications from the list of VAK of Ukraine, 4 publications in foreign editions and 1 publication in the edition, entering the scientometric Scopus database, by preparation of 1 monograph in domestic publishing house, at registration of 4 patents for inventions, with participation in 16 reports at the international conferences, by preparation of an exhibit and participation in the international specialized exhibition "Mining - 2012".
