Investigation goal consists of the fundamental mechanisms of the functioning of the financial mechanism of the social interests coordination at the local level. Research methods are system-evolutionary approach, the dialectical method and logic synthesis. Result is the systematization of theoretical approaches of domestic and foreign scholars and practitioners to comprehend the content of the financial component of social partnership as a mandatory precondition for the sustainable development of society at the local level. The novelty of the results: further developed scientific and methodological framework for the analysis meaningful component of social partnership as an economic category; grounded methodological principles of effective financial mechanism for resource provision of social partnership between all stakeholders of public relations at the local level; proposed definition of the essence of quality of human life as an integral indicator development effectiveness of administrative-territorial units. Relationship with other works : some results were reported at scientific conferences , published in scientific journals. Recommendations for further use of the results: on the basis of the analysis may be proposed the scientific and methodological approaches to further research possibilities for the improvement of the socio-economic systems development financial mechanism within certain administrative-territorial units of Ukraine, taking into account regional peculiarities such development. Applications: financial sustainability management separate territorial communities of Ukraine at the legislative and executive branches. Significance of the work and conclusions: investigation creates methodological basis to justify the effective legal and regulatory decisions in the field of financial management at the local level. Assumptions about the development of the object of study: the further deepening of scientific knowledge of the fundamental laws of the financial component of social partnership at the local level in order to create effective mechanisms to ensure sustainable development of individual territories.
