The purposes of work is researching of earliness inheritance and creating of high productive, semi-dwarf, lodging and disease resistant cultivars with high grain quality. Research methods. Breeding of early and high productive lines from the crosses of ecological distant cultivars were methods of the research. Convergent crossing of lines with the different duration of vegetation phases was the second stage of the breeding process. The results. Breeding material with early maturity, high productiveness, diseases resistance and high grain quality were developed. In breeding nurseries were selected the best field numbers of the bread wheat. The grain yield of this lines was exceeded the control (Rannia 93) for 0,29-1,74 tons per hectare or 7,1-47,7 %. The line with№43-07 arepreparing for the state field trials. In 2011 were estimated cultivar Cheremshyna in field trials. It was exceeded the initial parental components for an 18%. This is the intensive type of bread wheat cultivar with high productiveness - 5,0-5,5 t/g. The cultivars Rannya 93, Skorospelka 99, Nedra are in reproducing and introducing. Spring bread wheat cultivars of the institute were cultivated on territory near 100 thousands of hectares in 2011.
