The purpose of work is development of organizational-economic mechanism of stimulation of development of cleaner production as a component of the methodological basis of ecologization of entrepreneurship in the Odessa region. Method of research - economic-environmental analysis, system approach, methods of synthesis and comparison. Overcoming existing in Ukraine economic and environmental problems, to some extent, determine the necessity of implementing the innovation development of an economic complex of the country in the direction of its ecologization. One of the most important factors for sustainable economic development, competitiveness and efficiency of its branches should be the development of environmentally friendly energy production, in particular, in agricultural regions, which are favourable for the implementation of such activities, and defining component of implementation of this strategic goal of effective organizational-economic mechanism of stimulation of development of production of ecologically clean products. So, Vrboska the main provisions of the concept of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of stimulation of development of ecologically pure production on the regional level, the development model of organizational-economic mechanism of stimulation of development of cleaner production, which includes economic levers and incentives, organizational and legal measures and economic sanctions, able to ensure the priority of interests of the consumer and not getting producer of profit by any means, is a vital task for implementation of the concept of implementation and development of cleaner production in Ukraine. The definition of a complex of organizational, administrative, and economic measures for realization of the mechanism of stimulation of development of cleaner production in the Odessa region are the urgent tasks of research. The results of researches can be used in the finalization of the main provisions of the strategy of assistance in the production of ecologically pure agricultural products in the Odessa region.
