Purpuse - to develop the theoretical founations of the influence of alloing elements on the condition of the formation of iron-chromium matrix structure, mechanical and operational properties, which fully meet the conditions of use of products in the development of new economically heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant sheet steels. Research methods - metallographic, X-ray analysis, X-ray diffraction. The results: New economically alloyed heat-resistant low-chromium steel has been worked out for the producing of sheet metal-roll and manufacturing of it mufflers of noise for automobiles and tractors with the assured service life about 8-10 years. Steel contains: 0.02-0.04% C; 2-4% Cr; 1.0-1.5% Si; 0.6-0.9 Al. Mechanical and technological properties allow carrying out of metal forming operations. Applications - Enterprise of engineering and energy industries.
