The object of study - 128 patients with heart disease konotrunkal divided into two groups: Experimental group 1 n = 59 - screened and treated patients with common arterial trunk. The purpose of research to improve outcomes for children with congenital heart konotrunkal defects by streamlining and development of optimized methods for diagnosis and treatment of these defects. Research methods - genetic studies (FISH - method) , echocardiography, cardiac catheterization with r-angiography, KT with contrast , MRI with contrast . Developed and implemented new surgical technique - a new method for the reconstruction of the output of the right ventricle with common arterial trunk. Determined of use of conduit threecispidal valve mechanism for reconstruction of the right ventricular outflow tract is the most appropriate alternative methods. In this paper, the method of access to major aortopulmonary collateral arteries (lower retrocardial access, patent for utility model UA № 77129 from 25.01.2013, Bull . № 2). Put into practice the surgical treatment of heart defects konotrunkal new method unifokalization large aortopulmonery collateral arteries with autotissues (application for a patent, application number 2013 and 02145 of 20.2.2013). Implementation details of methods and a new approach "one-stage full unifokalization" helped to reduce hospital mortality, reduce the number of operations to achieve full correction of anatomical defects and improve the quality of life for patients. Based on implementation of this work were published 14 articles in professional journals, 7 appearances (4 foreign), 1 patent, 1 application for an invention, 2 innovations.
