Methods of research - theoretical and experimental, mathematical and simulation modeling of processes, creation of automatic control of processes.The results obtained and their novelty - the physical model of the system of automatic control of temperature and moisture of grain in a vertical dryer was created, its adjustment and testing on the existing vertical dryer of type A1-ДСП-50 was carried out. A simulation model that reflects in dynamics the dependence of the degree of grain dryout and its heating temperature on the drying agent temperature and the time interval between releases of servings of grain under grain moisture variations at the inlet of the dryer in the range of 18% to 36% and the initial temperature of the grain within 0°С to 30°С.
