Two years the increase of harvest is marked on a variant, where a winter wheat was processed by Raksil of Ultra of FS 250 mls/of t in combination from Radostim 250 mls/of t, is 4,1 c/ha in comparison to control. Got results for 2013 from the study of fungicide of Talius, 20 k.е. and regulator of height of plants of Vermistym 10 l/ha . The most increase of 4,5 c/ha to control is got in a variant, where sprinkled sowing of winter wheat of Тalius, 20 k.е. 250 mls/ha in combination from Vermistym10 l/ha . In all variants, where Таlius used 20 k.е. the marked is enhanceable оzernenist colossus and mass 1000 grains. On the average for two years the increase of harvest is marked to control of 6,1 c/ha on the variant of Таlius, 20 k.е. in combination from Vermistym 10 l/ha - 4,3 c/ha, the megascopic exit of large faction of seed is also marked on the variant of Таlius, 20 k.е. 250 mls/ha in combination from Vermistym 10 l/ha - 4,1 c/ha to control. A primary purpose of our work is this study of influence of regulators of height of plants and biologics on forming of seed with high sowing internalss and productive properties. For the decline of the pesticidal loading on plants, soil and environment efficiency of compatible application of biostimulators of new generation is studied with pesticides for reduction of dose of their bringing. The increase of production of DN (pre- basic ) and BN ( base) of seed is planned from one hectare on a 1,5-3,0 metric centner, at reduction of expenses on 15-20 %. Application of scientific development domain - scientifically are experience establishments and elithospy, first of all zones of western Forest-steppe of Ukraine.
