Aim of work - to create favourable terms for the taking root of landed розсади, hasty growth and development of plants of tobacco in a field period, to work out research and practice recommendations on the agrotechnics of growing of tobacco of new perspective varieties of the Ukrainian selection for Pridnistrovya of Ukraine. Research methods - agronomical, statistical, biometrical. In 2011-2013 the results of researches showed that by the most effective dose of bringing of biologic of Pentafag-С in the tobacco landings of sort the Ternopil perspective is a variant - 9 litre of the hectare. By the optimal variant of bringing of herbicide Panther a variant appeared with the dose of 1,5 litre of the hectare, 100% is elimination of cereal weeds.
