Within the framework of research the algorithm of construction in the electronic type of structural elements of earthly surface relief of the mining lease with causing of location local geodynamical zones, approved on the row of objects is developed (m. named by K.I. It is developed and the equipment is approved for measuring of methane concentration in the soil within the limits of output on the earthly surface of ways of gas migration. The row of supervisions is conducted after the dynamics of methane accumulation in the soil of the region of output on the earthly surface of gas migration active ways.
