Objective - on the basis of theoretical and empirical research a problem of psychological safety of the personality serviceman of internal troops of the MIA of Ukraine to develop bases of its formation, development, support and preservation (restoration). Research methods - theoretical (the analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization of received information and its interpretation), empirical (a psychodiagnostic method, poll, a method of an expert assessment) methods and methods of mathematical statistics (Student's t-test, Fisher's angular transformation, cluster, correlation and regression analyses). In work the structurally functional model of psychological safety of the personality, as a basis for implementation of psychological providing the military personnel of internal troops, is defined; the psychodiagnostic tools are developed and its automation for determination of psychological features of the military personnel which interfere with their safe activity and self-realization in a profession of the serviceman of internal troops is carried out; the comprehensive program of increase psychological safety of the personality of the military personnel of internal troops is offered.
