Influence of the nano-structured impurities (nanocomposites from mixtures of PEDOT:PSS with graphene, graphene oxide and silver nano-wires) on electric properties of hole injector layers was investigated. Synthesis technology of electro-phosphor compositions for organic electroluminescent planar hetero-structures was developed, the pilot samples of electro-phosphorical compositions on the base of electro-conductive electroluminescent polymers and coordinating compounds of rear earth elements with organic ligands were made. Synthesis technology of rear earth elements with organic ligands coordinating compounds was made. For creation of light emission heterostructures with the "white" emission the composite electrophosphores consist of electroconductive electroluminescent polymers with "blue" color of electroluminescence and coordinating compounds of rear earth elements with organic ligands with photoluminescence in red (europium) and green (terbium) spectrum areas were developed and made. Photoluminescence properties of coordinating compounds of rear earth elements with organic ligands were investigated. Pilot technologies of working (transport and electrofluorescent) layers deposition were developed, the pilot samples of hybrid planar heterostructures were made, their volt-ampere characteristics and electroluminescence properties were investigated. The results of this science-research work were used for creation of competitive technologies of production of high-efficiency economical environmentally clean sources of light on the base of organic light-emitting diode structures.
