The experimental results of study and development of thermally-conductive composite materials, design and elements of technology of production of heatsinks for LED bulbs, optimization and creation of new systems for thermostabilization and reduction of heat loads for high power light-emitting diodes (LEDs) in LED bulbs are demonstrated. Their use will give possibility to reduce energy consumption, increase luminous efficiency and lifetime of LED bulbs. The possibilities of essentially decreasing of LED bulb cost due to replacement of metal heatsinks on ceramic or plastic heatsinks are discussed. This cost decreasing can be achived not only due to reducing of heatsinks price, but also due to possibility to use more cheaper electrical driver with heatsinks, that do not conduct electricity, but conduct heat. Results of testing of experimental samples of systems for thermostabilization and reduction of heat loads for high power LEDs to determine suitability of different thermally-conductive composite materials LED bulb heatsinks are demonstrated.
