It was established that these children are at risk for the syndrome of abuse (neglect, medical neglect and poor adherence to HAART). The lists of neonatal care and primary care services to HIV-infected children for generation, assessment and support adherence to HAART had been developed and implemented. The list of primary care services include monitoring and support of adherence to post-exposure antiretroviral prophylaxis at home, early diagnosis of HIV infection, support and assessment of adherence to HAART and identify cases of medical neglect. The algorithms for counseling HIV-infected mothers had been developed and implemented.
