The aid of the work - developing new anode materials for lithium-ion batteries by over-stoichiometric intercalation of lithium into cathode materials. It has been determined that at over-stoichiometric intercalation of lithium into LiCoO2 up to the range of 1.25 Li+ the compound is formed which possesses maximum capacity about 343 mA·h/g, reveals cycling stability with but 100-percent colonic effectiveness, and may be perspective for use as anode material of lithium-ionic batteries. At intercalation of lithium into lithium-manganese spinels (over-discharge) visible phase transformations do not occur, and materials remain electrochemically active in the high-voltage area, i.e. single over-discharges of the cathode do not lead to lowering the material characteristics. It has been found the effect of rising the current specific capacity in the three-volt area for spinel doped by aluminum after single intercalation of lithium up to 1.5 V.
