It is based on PANI-Nafion-copper nanocomposite that was made using a layer electrodeposition technology. According to proposed conception, ammonium ions diffuse from analyzed solution to polyaniline (which is in the emeraldine salt state) layer and cause a reduction of emeraldine salt on the carbon electrode coated with copper nanoparticles at a potential of -450 mV versus the Ag reference pseudo-electrode. Copper nanoparticles catalyze redox processes on the PANI and increase an electrochemical response to ammonium ions. It improves analytical properties of constructed chemosensors. An optimal technology of modification of carbon electrodes coated with copper nanoparticles and PANI-membrane was developed. During researches data about an electrochemical and analytical properties of constructed PANI-Nafion/Cu2O nanocomposite on a surface of a printed carbon electrode were obtained: the lowest value of concentration of ammonium chloride, that nanocomposite can detect, a linearity range of the measuring of ammonium chloride concentration, an influence of electrolytes of a buffer solution on chemosensor's work, dependence of the nanocomposite's work of pH value. All presented measures were provided in a phosphate buffer ( pH 7.4). It's electrolyte content and pH has maximum similarity to the serum. The creation of a multiparametric system based on the PANI-Nafion/Cu2O nanocomposite, corresponding enzymes and completely printed biosensor systems for the detection of ammonium, urea, creatinine, arginine at the same time is began. During the reporting period a production of highly sensitive to ammonium ions PANI-Nafion/Cu2O nanocomposite was developed and optimized. Also basic morphology, electrochemical and analytical parameters were researched. Product Description popup.authors Жибак М.Т. Чан Д.Х. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
