With the use of primer informativeness index the discriminating power, which efficiency was confirmed experimentally by the authors, the most informative PCR markers were selected that allow to study genetic diversity and population structure of these species with reduced expenses and time savings. The efficiency of the marker system was further demonstrated through the use of developed markers to assess the genetic diversity and genetic structure of the species. Minimum number of primers sufficient to discriminate between samples and determine their belonging to a population have been estimated.
