Methods: Theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, theoretical modeling, empirical: psychological and pedagogical experiment (experimental plans (between group and intra-group plans), functional diagnosis (variation pulsometry , cardiography), psychiatric diagnosis ( questionnaires, tests , interviews, narratolohichnyy analysis) methods of psychological intervention : counseling, correction , training , mathematical and statistical treatment of data. Scientific novelty of the study is to justify the conceptual approach to the determination of sportsmanship development of resource properties of the subject , the development of meaningful components of psychological resource subject of sports activities and operationalization process resursoutvorennya factors and to identify the relationships between the formation of sportsmanship and dynamic resource activation properties of subjects objects , implement testing measures of psychological control processes of development and implementation of psychological resources of athletes of different sports specialization , developing ways of psychological intervention based on activation and expansion of resource properties subject of sports activities. Invented in the survey results as a basis for organizing the process of sports training ( national teams of Ukraine boxing and fencing) , as one of its methodological principles that influenced the effectiveness of sports and teaching process efficiency and performances of athletes in competition . The results were used to improve the system of psychological control sports and educational process in order to create preconditions for the establishment of resource properties actors sporting activities. The value of the work as is the systematization of the key provisions of the implementation of measures of psychological intervention , evaluation and prediction of the competitive behavior of individual and group sports activities business based phases and periods of the formation of sports skills , expertise and qualifications.
