The goal of the work is to study physiological-and-biochemical bases of the process of incubation behavior expression in birds by establishing the impact of certain trace elements and hormones on the expression of incubation and to work out methods of its prevention. It has been elaborated 2 methods of hatching prevention, which allow to reduce the hatching manifestation by 50 and more per cent and to obtain 6-8 breeding eggs from every turkey-hen in addition.
