To determine the optimum conditions and parameters to get the maximum optical nonlinearity it is necessary to obtain the structures with the calibrated as for the size structures and different geometry of their distribution. Such structure could be synthesized by the method of "nanosphere" lithography (NSL). Given stage was to get ordered aurum nanostructures of the different forms using different technology conditions, changing the substrate inclining carrying polystyrol nanospheres as for the flow of the aurum deposition, rotation of the substrate as well as modification of the shape micro and nanospheres as a result of their thermo and ion etching. As a result it was prepared nanostructures of the ordered triangular and discs particles of the same size as well as the systems of the same nanoparticles but the different size. It was carried out measurements of the optical spectra of the synthesized structures as well as the third order optical nonlinearity under the nano- and femto- second laser excitation. It was carried out a theoretical analysis of the dissipative and nondissipativ nonlinearities in the system of the metal particles incorporated in the dielectric metrics. Also it was studied the mechanism of the size dependence of the optical nonlinearity.
