These principles are based on non-contact magneto-helical transmission usage. The obtained accuracy of a working gear positioning was not less than 10 nm. We found and proved that these principles can be also applied sufficient enough in order to design a matrix for creation of micro-patterned elements. Two vibrometers were created using a few accelerometers and seismometers, which are accurate enough due to usage of digital interferometry. The influence of oscillations of Earth's crust as well as vibrations caused by industrial or anthropogenic factors on the devices' driving system functioning was revealed. Methods of implementation of high density information recording were proposed. These methods implies using of photoluminescence phenomenon and simplified mastering method.
