It is shown, that the hydrodynamic scheme of a high-speed vessel which consists of the central hull in which the basic share of displacement is concentrated, and several lateral hulls in the form of small floats (outriggers) is optimum. There are two positions of lateral hulls which lead to significant reduction of wave resistance - bow and stern accommodation of lateral hulls.
