Objective: to improve the criteria of medical and social expertise and rehabilitation of the disabled due to lung disease in combination with cardiovascular diseases. Novelty: were improved and scientifically based criteria of disability in patients with asthma and COPD in combination with cardiovascular diseases, was given the nature of the disease, clinical and functional features with modern international prognostic indexes and new clinical guidelines. Refined epidemiological data on primary and accumulated disability due to asthma and COPD in 2010-2012 in different regions of Ukraine, first established cumulative contribution of grouped medical and social factors contributing to the onset of disability in respiratory diseases. Was analyzed the negative influence of concomitant cardiovascular diseases on the respiratory system, the functional status of patients, difficulties in controlling the disease and the progressive nature of complications and disabilities. Was proved close relationship with clinical and functional status of patients with disability with personal, psychological characteristics and quality of life. Were provided schemes of determining the degree of mutual burdening comorbidity, algorithms and standards of examination COPD and asthma patients in assessing the state of life and rehabilitation prognosis. Drawn up proposals for the rehabilitation of people with disabilities and disability prevention.
