It is shown that patterning of vacancies is subjected by internal fluctuations changing statistical properties of vacancy clusters. Considering morphology changes of surface of amorphous materials during ion-beam sputtering dynamics of defects and distribution of surface structures are studied. Studying protein transferring processes in cells it was found that the corresponding speed can be optimized by period force frequency or temperature.
