Purpose - аgricultural technologes recreating ecology-energy state of soils, increase productivity and quality of crops due to local raw materials will develop. Methods - field research, modeling experiment, technological, laboratory and analytical. Agricultural technologies was developed, which include the creation of new high-quality fertilizers from local raw materials (animal waste and utilities, by-products of crop) and to optimize the dose and timing of the ways to restore the ecological and energy status of soil, increase yields of crops and product quality. There has been elaborated a unified approach regarding a regulated processing of raw materials; said approach is based on a conceptual model of humus compositions formation in the course of bio conditioning, and on conceptual essentials of creating the organic and organo - mineral fertilizers as well. The transformation of the organic - matter qualitative composition, agrochemical and physico-chemical parameters of black soils and energy consumption by using new types of fertilizers was determined. The results of researches use for planning and adjusting of industrial production of new kinds organic, hard and liquid organo-mineral fertilizers, their realization in an agricultural production. Novelty - no analogues in Ukraine. Agrotechnology was developed has advantages over others in that it allows the treatment of waste of different origin in quality organic and organo-mineral fertilizers with a specific ratio of nutrients for a specific сrop. The economic effect of implementing the results of the development will be achieved by reducing fertilizer costs (15-20%) and an increase of productivity crops (20-30%).
